Also, when you mix the masala into the bread, try to do so with a light hand. Thank you!<br />I will follow this recipe too, as I have some stale bread left. Whenever I try making bread upma at home, it comes out like rava upma (bread cubes don't retain shape). This has really discouraged me from trying it again.
